We’re excited to share that Humanly has raised a $7 million momentum round to fuel rapid growth and advance our mission of redefining how employers connect with talent. By leading the way in Conversational AI recruiting, we’re helping our customers interview all candidates and build more inclusive, efficient hiring processes.

This raise comes on the heels of our two best quarters of new business ever and positions us to move faster in a tough hiring market. Despite hitting our goals, we see an opportunity to grow by expanding our GTM efforts and investing in new product offerings.

We believe better conversations, powered by smart, responsible AI, are the key to creating meaningful connections between companies and candidates. By reducing time to hire, improving candidate experience, and helping employers find the right fit faster, we’re building a future where hiring works better for everyone involved.

Humanly’s AI screens and schedules over 250,000 new candidates every month, with more than 5 million interviews conducted to date. We’ve helped enterprise and mid-market customers reduce time-to-hire from 44 days to just 5, while maintaining a 4.8/5 candidate experience score.

This round brings our total funding to $24 million. We’re now a 36-person team scaling a platform that autonomously engages, matches, screens, and schedules candidates—using conversation data and 200+ attributes to make hiring smarter and more human.
