The Hourly Collective: Bellevue

Join Humanly in Bellevue on Tuesday, Sept. 8 for The Hourly Collective, an intimate in-person gathering for leaders and practitioners focused on hourly and frontline hiring. We’ll bring together a small group of TA, recruiting ops, and HR leaders to talk candidly about what’s working, what’s not, and where the industry is headed — from hard-to-fill shifts and referral programs to the role of AI in building trust across sourcing and screening. The session will feature Humanly CEO Prem Kumar alongside Rajamma Krishnamurthy, formerly of Microsoft Enterprise AI and now at NYU, for a practical conversation on where AI is truly delivering value in today’s hiring workflows.
